Sending Form via Email

****Published forms can be sent via e-mail to customer groups or direct e-mail addresses.

You can open the published form on the form editing screen, click the Publish button on the upper right, click the Share by E-mail button at the bottom of the screen, and move to the form sending by e-mail screen.

You can also access the form sending via email screen from the menu under the Customers tab.

In the first step, select the form to be sent and form language.

In the next step, enter your information in the Sender Name, Reply To, Subject fields. In the message section, you can make changes in fields outside the form link.

In the last step, the customers to be sent must be selected. This can be done by sending a customer group or a direct e-mail address.
