Happiness Rate

'How happy are your customers?'. You can learn the answer of the question with the happiness rate.

We calculate the happiness rate, by using the form components such as smiley, lovely smiley, like / dislike, star rating in the forms you create.

Happiness rate is a percent (%) value. A happiness rate is calculated for each response according to the scores given by the participant. You can also see the happiness rate on the basis of form and business property.

On the reports overview screen you will see a dial showing the overall happiness rate of your business.

In the Summary Reports section you can see the happiness rate in the selected date range.

Note: Use at least one of the form components listed above in your form to calculate the happiness rate.
