Changing Status

Feedbacks can be in 4 different states: Open, In Process, Action Required and Closed.

As long as no action is taken, the default value for feedback is Open.

To change the status, select All Feedbacks from the menu under the Reports tab. If the Status column is not visible, click the Columns button and make the Status column visible.

It will be automatically saved when you change the status in the corresponding row.

Alternative method

Select All Feedbacks from the menu under the Reports tab. If the Edit button is not visible, click on the Columns button to make it visible.

Click the Edit button to open the following screen. Select Status info on this screen and click the save button.
