You can add notes for incoming responses. These notes are only visible to you and other users who are authorized on the form.
Note: The user must have authority over that form in order to add a note.
Select All Feedbacks from the menu under the Reports tab. If the Edit button is not visible, click the Columns button and make the Actions option visible.
Click the Edit button to open the following screen. On this screen you can see the notes that are written in the Notes field and add your own notes.
When a note is typed, a notification message is sent to the users associated with the feedback.
