A form-based alert can be defined for incoming feedbacks.
Select Feedback Notifications from the Users menu under the My Business tab.
Select a user first on the Feedback Notifications screen.
After the user selection select the form you want to set Feedback Notifications from the forms for which the user is authorized .
There are 4 types of notifications in the Notifications section. Select the notification methods you want for the user from Email, SMS, App Notification, Web Notification.
If you select Notify only for feedbacks with comments in the options section, only feedback with comments will be delivered.
Note: SMS Notification only works with the Premium Package.
